On the north-eastern side of Grenada stands Renegade Rum Distillery. A modern marvel and environmentally pioneering, it is designed perfectly to distil one terroir at a time of fresh sugar cane juice only in order to produce a vast array of distinct cane rum distillates, each one unique and compelling in its own right. We either explore them individually – with terroir precision, as an Étude; or we can layer them – the cuvée concept – to create natural rums of extraordinary complexity.
Whisky is our first love. It’s what we know , it’s what we’ve grown up and it’s pretty much all we’ve been involved in all our working lives. But then we discovered the world of rum and an initial interest first became a passion and has now become a key part of our business. And given that the actual place – Rest and Be Thankful – exists both in Scotland and in Jamaica, then there is great serendipity that this is the name of our brand celebrating the best whiskies and rums.
SAINT-VIVANT is a Gascony Armagnac produced in Condom in South-West France, protected by a “AOC” certification since 1936, renowned for the bottle’s slanted neck.
As an independent bottler, Elixir Distillers searches for casks from the different distilleries around Scotland, looking for the best malts to share with whisky enthusiasts the world over.. Each bottling is one of a limited number, making them perfect for a special gift or the chance to try something truly unique.
